Mr. Bertiger concluded a 30 year career at Motorola, retiring as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Motorolas $10 Billion Global Telecommunications Sector. He architected and developed Iridium, the world's first global communication center. Mr. Bertiger's expertise ranges from wireless handsets, infrastructure, semi-conductors and satellite systems. "He is the developer of over 15 patents including and co-developer of Gray Peaks" patent for the use of GPS and RFID for passive tracking applications.
Mr. Cawthorn has a successful track record of over 35 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Following his retirement as Chairman and CEO of Rhône-Poulenc-Rorer, Inc., he was a managing director of Global Health Care Partners, DLJ Merchant Banking. After 17 years as an executive with Pfizer International, he became the first president of Biogen. He joined the Rorer Group in 1982 and, as Chairman and CEO, led the transformation of Rorer from a small, primarily over-the-counter pharmaceutical company into a major research-driven company, culminating in the merger that created Rhône-Poulenc-Rorer.
Mr. Keltner is the Chairman of Light Sciences Corporation, and Chairman of MetaStat. He has designed, built or run over 30 health care firms and his clients have included many national health care agencies... He is a member of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry, American Medical Association, International Association of Tumor Marker Oncology, Drug Information Association and Oregon Biotechnology Association.
Mr. Schang has more than 40 years of management experience in the transportation industry, most recently as President and CEO of NEXIQ Technologies Inc. now Snap-on-Tool. Prior to NEXIQ, Mr. Schang was COO of Orbcomm Enterprises and Vice President and General Manager of Qualcomm's OmniTracs division, which sells satellite tracking and communications systems for mobile workforces. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schang was Vice President and General Manager at Rockwell International, Vice President at Ryder " P*I*E " and President of Allied Van Lines.
Mr. Shelton is the Chief Operating Officer of RoadLink one of the North America's fastest growing Inter-modal services providers. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales Operations for GLog, a leading provider of G-LOG, a global logistics and transportation software and was Executive Vice President of NewRoads, Inc. a multi-billion dollar fulfillment company. Mr. Shelton has 20 years of experience at Ryder Truck including SVP Global Sales, Marketing and eCommerce where he led the team that developed and launched Ryder's "e-Channel Solutions and was responsible for the purchase of GPS tracking solutions.
